This week its defonatly Paul Oakenfold - Starry eyed suprise.

This tune is absolutly great, the bass line just makes your head want to move up and down  Got nice flowed rappin over the top and its great as a chilled kinda a tune and one you can dance quite easily too.

It does sound alot like the lead rapper from crazy town, cant be sure at this time, but I'm pretty sure! :)

Please discuss your feelings towards this tune!!! :)

Please discuss your feelings towards this tune!!! :) Erm, i think i may agree with you here. Oakenfold is a true dance musician, constantly pushing the barriers of house music (not trance), and i think hes a feckin god for heading in this direction with a funky mix of bounce, catchy lyrics, and chilled break beats. Mr Oakenfold, i salute thee sir - as long as you continue to avoid trance and old school like the plague, i will buy your stuff.

Only thing is, how do you play the other songs on the CD through your computer?? I can only manage to play the video.

Sorry, but have to say... Crazy Town. Good grief. Anybody who mentions them and hip hop in the same sentence should be thoroughly ashamed. Hmmm... I just did.

"You're my butterfly, sugar, bebeh". Suck my balls and gag me with a spoon. :flame: :flame:

(But the Capital FM song isn't so bad; in fact I've had the damn thing stuck in my heed for the last 4 hours.)

This week....

I watched the Swing when your Winning concert on telly last night and was I impressed!! I have always liked Robbie williams tracks mainly coz of his cheekyness and because he is a great performer. (if you have the live at slain DVD you'll know what I mean) But I heard about the swing when your winning album and didnt really think it would be my cup of tea :p But when I saw this I was blown away! And my favourate track on the album is one that he wrote with a friend (forgoten who right now) which is called....
Robbie Williams - I Will Talk, Hollywood Will Listen.

It's prolly his best track hes done ever, just so atmospheric its unreal, get this track and lemme know what you's think.

I went to see them last night, they played @ the Cockpit, Swinegate, Leeds. The venue was tiny, and there was only about 40 ppl (MAX) turned up, there was supposed to be more, but the over 18's only policy screwed most of their fans oer. On the back of that the gig turned out to be very intimate, but Something Corporate stilll belted out the tunes like there was no tomorrow.

Looking around the place, the cockpit has been host to many cool bands (Strokes, badly drawn boy, the hives to name but a few), which is great considering the size of the place.

Keep an eye out for Something corporate, they're a canny turn  especially look out for their track called hurricane, it rocks.

Cheers.

NME quote from a few years ago. "the butthole surfers are without doubt the most influential (*note: approx spelling) band of the 80's. no contest".

oh and BTW, any1 hear who likes korn can suck my smelly asshole. they are completely, fucking shite. they make some of the blandest middle of the road, mascarading as kewl, rocking parent upseting metal, going. I really dislike the music industries ability to convince sheep that the over produced pop they release as metal, is infact, anything over than over produced pop :finger:

get some bollox and look for some hardkore music that is hardkore and not mass produced pop. you might as well be listnening to libertyX!!!
