Audio/Video Sync Prob

anyone know how to or where to find out how to resync the audio and video of an mpg file? is it even possible? maybe to separate the two and then put them back together. i got it off kazaa, it starts off ok but by 3/4 of the way thru the audio slips off just enuf to piss me off for the next 20 mins. any pointers or do i have to just suck it up?

tanek: accept it, to recode video and audio (on the file you mentioned) would take hours usually, also it would take some sort of manual interference/resetting by yourself.. not really worth it

u can get virtualdub and fool around with it... it's a proggie that can recombine audio and video...

I'm not sure how u will extract the actual sound from the movie but sure someone will know... then use that audio into a wave editor and do ur thang...

I download simpsons eps frequently and find that if the audio is out of sync during the playtime, I get annoyed and delete it... it's a little bit of a hassle to fix it imo...
