The Karshkovian military is in great need of your services. Since our independence from the Soviet Union, we have little in the way of military force to defend ourselves.
16 of our 22 MiG-29 fighters are flyable, but if the R-60, R-27, R-73 missiles will work still after 17 years without proper maintenance is anyone's guess. Of our 15 SU-25TBs, only 5 are serviceable, however all 8 Su-35s are operational. That, however, only leaves two of our ten Su-27s are flying. 19 of our 20 Mi-24E are in service.
Our problem lies in proper combat training for our military in all branches.
Our army has only a few lightly armored troop transports and our navy consists of one Akula, and two kilos attack subs. Our surface fleet consists of three Pauk class patrol ships and one Udaloy-II guided missile destroyer.
We do have ten SS-18 Mod 5 ICBM silos with intact missiles, however we do need parts to repair damage done to the control rooms from the Soviet withdrawal, training for our service men and women, and a network to allow coordination of our missile forces.
For this year, we have a defense budget of $3,487,492,836.80 USD as per NSDosier or NSTracker. With these funds, we wish to order the following;
1x Novice Red Army = Cost: $2,000,000,000
1x Starter Red Airforce = Cost: $775,200,000
1x Socialist Nation Discount (5%) = -$138,760,000
Total Price = $2,636,440,000
We are sending payment in full in gold bullion with our order, however if there is anything you can do to help us in the regards to training our service men and women or repairing our missile services, please let us know! We would be willing to part with about half of our SS-18 Mod 5 ICBMs w/MIRV packages if needed to repair the other silos.
