The helicopter with the Barronian men the Grestonian Hawks flew across when they came half a mile away from the capital building. They picked up the men and dropped them off until all of the Grestonians and a few Barronian forces were there. The Barronians in the last drop would be dropped off ontop of the building. The Black Imperium forces started making there lines outside the building and the Hakws sat at ready behind the BI lines while the Barronian troops were dropped upon the roof.

As their feet touched the roof the Hakws got up and ran at the door. The first Hawk to get there held a issued police force battering ram and smashed the double doors open. As it opened he jumped to the side and the next Hawk rolled a smoke grenade in. As the smoke was the thickest they entered with their weapons aimed. They pointed at the secretary and Nicholas started screaming orders to his men and the civilians alike, "You three stand at the door. We will lead any civilians over to you and you will run them over to the BI men. You there get on the floor, get on the floor now! Richards and Johnson move up and check that door to the left! Pronto!" A few Hawks aimed their guns at the doorway and then the same Hawk with the battering ram smashed ope the same door. No one fired upon them so thee moved in slowly with their guns aim in different directions. Three people sat huddled together with their hands over their heads and praying for their lives. Richards pulled one of them up and pushed them out of the room and lead them to the three at the front door. Johnson did the same with the other two and they left the room.

Vladimir felt as if the weights of the Presidential Office suddenly were lifted off his shoulders. The room's colors seemed brighter and less oppressive, and glancing out the large balcony windows behind the large oak desk he felt a surge of national pride and satisfaction as his eyes took in the capital city of Zostar. This is a response to the invaders of our sacred lands.

We therefore formerly surrender to the arrayed forces against us. Please note this surrender is, however, conditional. The concerns of the DoubleWideville people and their determination to self government must be addressed by the invading nations for us to fully and completelt surrender to the invaders.

In consultation with the fellow Ministers and Bishops of the Ministerial Council and in an emergency meeting of the Assembly of the Laity, we have drafted these demands, to be met by the invading forces before a complete and total surrender to the forces is effected:

1. The Ministerial Council and the Assembly of the Laity will retain the legal control of the nation untill a new Emperor is elected or a Lord Regent selected.

IC: The group of Hawks continued running down the halls until they got to the doors to the office of the Lord Regent. The Hawk with the battering ram busted the open and splinters flew everywhere as it broke open. Their guns were aimed at their level and when they flowed into the room like water slowly the search and destroy group noticed that everyone was dead.

Karshkovia respects the religion of Christianity and those that practice it, however it is the Directive of President Vladimir Radchenko and his wife Prime Minister Valentina Borofsky that Karshkovian forces will remain in doublewideville until such time that King David is found and brought to trial or his recognizable body is found.

Karshkovian forces will remain until after King David has been tried and convicted for his crimes and the nation of Doublewideville had repaired and or repaid each nation the amount of damage done with the nuclear weapons disbursed by King David.
