Thank you.

Thank you.
I got the impression that Roisin acknowledges x-logging and multi-ing are a greater problem than trading? If so, I'm content. For now at least.
Utopia's a funny old place...
Can you tell us from that survey you made how many ppl(%) said they traded or traded other acounts ?
Does this mean that players in traded accounts that are currently using proxies to hide that they are traded can play using their own IP with no consequences?
For now, there will be a moratorium on the deletion of traded accounts.
How about you guys stop policing the language we use in game? most of us are over 18 years old and can handle some curse words. I feel like i'm in elementary school again having to rewrite my posts because i'm using words we ALL hear daily anyway.
I guess the guys running this don't care about multies? i get the feeling also that they want to get viruses on your computer, find out all your personal information and get yours and your families passwords and favorite meals and breakfast routine. Now i understand, there's people who are reminisant of the mole men from marvel comics. I understand they look like that. It could pose a problem in the modern world of chiche clean and rational?? i mean stylish.
Most, not all. being polite isn't a matter of age. Are you cursing at your boss?most of us are over 18 years old
Simply handling cheats isn't as easy as you spitting your saliva to keyboard.I guess the guys running this don't care about multies?
I separate email for account making and private email. Simply account making email are full of junks from admin whatsoever for updates of theirs site. There also some other problems toward this, not everyone like of checking emails everyday. just put it on in-game forum and messaging system.Players have also been deleted for abusive language recently, perhaps more so now, than in the past. In the future, players will receive a warning via the in-game forum system and via their registered email. Failure to cease this sort of behaviour, or excessive harassment of another player, will result in a deletion.

I always love the argument of "we're grown men, so let us behave as childishly as we please".
Donnie, that made little sense. How do you infer from the post that they don't care about multis? It says nothing about changing policy on multis.

Doing a good job OMAC :)
Eventually we will reach an Equilibrium.
awww... the cheaters whined about getting caught and got reinstated. Doesnt that just make you feel all warm and fuzzy all over?
Screw 'em!! Let 'em play by the rules or die.
Alas, poor Utopia! For 10 years I knew ye well.
I'm pleased to see a sticky on the subject. This should reassure players that all provies and kds are being treated equally, regardless of my own opinion about cheaters.
Find me a post by a single cheater who has whined about getting deleted for cheating on jolt's Utopia forums. People are arguing that trading should not be forbidden, not that they should have an account reinstated for trading while it was against the rules. There is a big difference.
Yes, I agree, and I particularly liked that they will be taking more action against users who use abusive language and less action against people who are doing something that approximately 90% of kingdoms (in my opinion) do anyway.Originally Posted by Sweetiepie
Yes, that sort of argument is ridiculous, but Utopians have a tendency to be very hypocritical.Originally Posted by Catwalk
