In lieu, of the disintegrating level of working conditions due to exploitation

Reaffirmed, by the need to stand united in the face of adversity

The United Worker’s Republic serves to protect free workers from Fascists, Imperialists, and greedy Capitalists. By standing united, The United Worker’s Republic serves not only to protect the rights of all citizens of the world, but also as a bulwark against tyranny that threatens the common tranquility.

Supplements that, Provisions will be provided for the creation of an International Assembly

A. To be comprised of ten seats from each nation in the alliance.

B. The individual nations will elect one individual to serve on an International Council.

C. Provisions will also be provided for the creation of an International Court to serve as the highest court in The United Worker’s Republic.

D. All decisions will be decided on a simple majority.


Confirming that, Borders between all members of The United Worker’s Republic will be opened, allowing all citizens from all nations in The United Worker’s Republic to travel freely between countries.

Decrees that, There will also be no tariffs between any two countries in The United Worker’s Republic.

Firmly believes in, The creation of a strong central bank with separate branches in each country of The United Worker’s Republic will be completed. The bank has control over the print of the universal currency used by all members of The United Worker’s Republic, as well as the power to increase or decrease interest rates as needed. The branches of the bank will be checked by an International Banking Committee assigned to the task.

To stand monetarily strong, The Central Bank will be assigned to print a universal currency. Although this universal currency is strongly recommended, a nation is by no means obligated to only use said universal currency.


For Mutual Security, The militaries of all countries will be joined by fusing together their command structures. Due to the absence of a common language between the many different nationalities, a simplified battle language will be warranted for creation.

Orders that, The intelligence agencies of all countries will be joined by the creation of an international intelligence agency. The national intelligence agencies will function as branches of the international intelligence agency.

Puts in order that, International Agencies will be created to handle previously nationally handled issues (such as tourism, environment, etc.,). These International Agencies will contain one member from each nation in The United Worker’s Republic and will be assigned limited power to solve issues concerning their field.

For future prosperity, Individual countries will be given a great degree of autonomy regarding what to tax their citizens, however all collected taxes will be processed through an International Taxing Agency. A council, consisting of one member from each country, will decide if the distribution of tax dollars to the selected cabinets (a motion decided on by the International Assembly) needs to be upset if, for example, a natural disaster occurs in one of the nations and that particular nation needs to rebuild.

This order will see to the mutual peace and security of our association while also allowing us to face clear and present dangers more united and ready then ever! May it be on the financial, military, or knowledge front, we will have an edge by standing united!
